We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payments via PayPal, Shop pay and Google pay.

If an item is out of stock, you can join our waiting list to be informed as soon as it becomes available again. You can also contact us for information on the planned restocking.

At the end of your order, at checkout, there's a “Promotional code” box where you can enter your gift card number or promotional code.

Delivery times vary according to your delivery address. In general, orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, and delivery times vary by carrier.

We only ship to Canada.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time until delivery.

Your satisfaction is important to us. That's why, if you wish, unused merchandise can be returned up to 30 days after receipt if you are not completely satisfied.
